The aim of this workshop is to provide couples with practical tools to enhance and improve their relationships while understanding the research-based foundation from which the tools and skills are derived. This program does not provide psychotherapy nor is it intended to take the place of marital therapy, but it does provide practical skills in a psycho-educational format that can help couples strengthen their relationships. This one-day workshop is ideal for pre-marital couples or those who are not necessarily in need of weekly therapy sessions, yet are ready to take on what is needed to ensure a strong and lasting relationship.
Saturday 9 am-6 pm
We begin by teaching you how to identify the biggest threats to your marriage. You will then learn how to create a strong foundation for your marriage so your relationship can withstand any struggle or trial that comes your way. We explore the different types of conflict, and how to manage conflict like a champion! Finally, we will work through how to create deep meaning and profound purpose in your marriage so you can leave a positive legacy behind.
